MEDIUM-SCALE CUSTOM SEPARATION
Development of separation methods to generate pure enantiomers at scales of grams to multi-kilograms for clinical studies
For medium-scale separations, we screen, free of charge, all available Chiral Stationary Phases with all possible mobile phase compositions to establish the best protocol for separating your racemic mixture. The method development strategy involves use of both HPLC and SFC modes.
Once the best method is found, we employ preparative HPLC, preparative SFC or SMB systems to conduct the separation at a scale required and deliver purified enantiomers, meeting specifications of > 98% enantiomeric excess and 90% yield.
Our technical expertise, combined with the DAICEL technology, helps you obtain pure enantiomers in the most rapid, efficient and cost-effective way.
All our larger separation processes follow current good manufacturing practises (cGMP), if required. We also assist you with Drug Master Files (DMF), related to the chiral separation step, if needed.
